“THE MOTHER OF ALL RELAYS” : the Hood to Coast Relay Race in Portland, OR, is the most popular relay race in the world. The event takes 12-member relay teams on a scenic, 200 mile route from the majestic top of Mt Hood, through the city of Portland, to the beautiful Oregon Coast. My designs focus on creating an iconic design symbolizing the three different environments of the race: the mountain, the city streets and the ocean.
